This WriteUpp release includes a small improvement relating to what is displayed on your invoices when a discount is applied and some bug fixes. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
Original price of an appointment displayed if you add a discount
If you apply a discount to an invoice, you will now see the original price of the appointment under the “Price” column with the discount listed beside this. When a discount is applied, the invoice will show as below:
- Online Booking wasn’t always finding matches for patients that had booked via online booking before. This was causing issues with duplicate patients being created. This has been fixed and a match will be found based on first name, last name, DOB and one of either email address or mobile number being entered.
- An empty guidance field in an assessment was causing an “Oops” message to appear when opening the assessment after it had gone Read Only. This has been fixed.
